• Repairing UV sun damage and “ checking “ of timber and boards
• Replacing water damaged timbers caused by damp pots, lawn sprinklers, leaking taps or air-conditioner overflows
• Repairing loose or cracked treads on stairs or steps that may give way or be a safety risk.
• Repairing loose and damaged handrails or balustrades to ensure they comply to Australian Standards
